Ty Seren is a homeless hostel providing supported accommodation for 29 single women aged between 16 and 21, they live in a combination of self-contained bedsits and rooms with shared facilities. At Ty Seren we work with young women to become more independent by focussing on creating a relationship before we expect change and helping them to positively move on from the homeless system.
