Kalejdoscope CIC is a Community Interest Company that we, as “Ptasie Radio” – a Polish choir based in Cardiff – created together. The founding of Kalejdoscope is our response to the needs we have observed within our community. We understand how challenging it is to face cultural disconnection, loneliness, language barriers, or the lack of access to psychological support while living abroad. Our mission is to support minority communities – particularly Polish and European – and to build bridges between them and the local population. We aim to create a space where people can grow, build relationships, and feel a sense of belonging At Kalejdoscope, we believe in the transformative power of art – music, theatre, dance, and other forms of creative expression. Through these mediums, we strive to unite people, break down barriers, and improve overall well-being. Our vision is a world where cultural diversity brings people together rather than dividing them. “Ptasie Radio” is the first artistic project of our organization. In the future, we plan to carry out unique events, workshops, and initiatives that will inspire collaboration, integration, and mutual support, addressing the needs of our community. We believe that together, we can achieve truly remarkable things.
