We partner with schools to deliver our three-stage education programme—’Discover, Experience, and Believe’—to support learners aged 3–12 to explore a diverse range of career opportunities and possibilities, regardless of their own lived experiences. Through seeing and interacting with real life Romodels (role models) we inspire young learners to become future changemakers and trailblazers.
The programme is delivered through our original, online, bilingual Romodels Learning Portal, featuring both English and Welsh-speaking Romodels.
