We are an arm’s length public body, funded by the Welsh Government, with the statutory purpose of engaging with the people of Wales on matters of health and social care.
We also provide a free, independent Advocacy service for health and social care complaints. We also have a volunteer cohort that helps us to deliver our operational aims.
