Citizens Advice Cardiff & Vale

We are an independent charity that provides free, confidential and impartial information and advice to the residents of the City and County of Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, as well as to Wales and further afield.

We offer face to face, telephone, webchat and email generalist and specialist advice service run from Barry and outreach premises in the Vale of Glamorgan and Cardiff.

We also deliver the Advicelink Cymru Pan-Wales telephone service, which focuses on the provision of advice and casework on complex benefit, debt, employment, discrimination and housing matters across the whole of Wales.
