Elite Supported Employment

ELITE Supported Employment is a registered charity empowering disabled and disadvantaged people across South, Mid and West Wales. Our mission is far-reaching. We support hundreds of people every year with vocational opportunities, training and employment through our wide network of partnerships, funders and stakeholders, and our four Social Enterprises.

ELITE have a track record of supporting people through our services to achieve positive change in their lives. We put equity, diversity and inclusive working practices at the heart of our services, and we are committed to being an organisation where all our colleagues are proud to belong.​ ELITE promotes the rights and well-being of people in need through helping secure paid employment, training and volunteering. Our specialised services offer a one-to-one approach that is both holistic and person-centred. We engage with employers and support them in the creation of Disability Confident, diverse and inclusive workplaces, free from discrimination and harassment.
