Friends of the Hut

Friends of the hut are a non profit voluntary community group based in Adamsdown Play Centre in Adamsdown. We support the play centre for 5-14 year olds affectionately known as The Hut. We consist of up to 10 members of the community who are actively involved in the supporting the play centre and the community. We look for funding to help raise awareness of ‘Play’ and also volunteer at the play centre helping to run a play provision for 5-14 year olds. The funding we apply for helps to buy equipment and deliver events with the involvement of the young people. Through consultation we identify the needs and wants.
