We promote the benefit of the inhabitants and primarily the Libyan inhabitants in Wales and South West of England. By providing facilities for recreation or other leisure-time occupation for the said inhabitants and primarily the Libyan inhabitants, in the interest of social welfare with the object of improving their conditions of life. Advance the arts and culture by establishing a community centre hereinafter called the Centre. Advance amateur sport by the provision of sporting activities. Relieve those in need, by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage.
