Here at Miss Tilley’s, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all by promoting equality of opportunity and celebrating diversity. Laura Tilley and Clare Rowthorn recognised that on leaving school or college young people with additional needs find it very challenging to find employment and this can lead them feeling under valued and isolated. the community can play an important role in supporting young people whatever their needs to and employment, friendship and essentially a sense of self worth. Whether you are a customer or part of the Miss Tilley’s team our goal is to celebrate people’s individuality, promote independence and self esteem.
