Mothers Matter CIC

Mothers Matter is a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to improving the mental health and wellbeing of expectant and new parents. We provide free, compassionate support through counselling, wellbeing hubs, peer support groups, home support, workshops, and family activities for parents from pregnancy until their child reaches five years of age. Our aim is to reduce isolation, improve emotional wellbeing, build confidence and resilience, and provide early intervention that prevents families from reaching crisis point. We work alongside health and community partners to ensure every parent feels listened to, understood, empowered, and supported throughout their parenting journey.
