Native Radio CIC is a community interest company that exists to amplify underrepresented voices through the power of radio, music, and creative media. We are based in Cardiff, South Wales, and operate primarily online with growing ambitions to broadcast on DAB+ and expand our reach.

Our core mission is to provide opportunities and platforms for young, unrepresented artists and aspiring radio presenters who often struggle to access mainstream media spaces. Through hands-on radio training, live presenting opportunities, music showcases, and media workshops, we equip these individuals with real industry experience that builds confidence, skills, and creative portfolios.

We also foster community engagement and togetherness through interactive digital content, music competitions, trending debates, and live shows that spark dialogue, representation, and cultural celebration—especially among diverse and minority communities.
