Polish Women of Wales (PWOW)

Polish Women of Wales (PWOW) is a community-led organisation that brings together Polish women living in Wales to connect, support one another and grow in confidence.

While rooted in the Polish community, our aim is to use our collective skills, experience and cultural strengths to positively serve the wider Welsh community.

We promote wellbeing, reduce social isolation and encourage civic participation through workshops, cultural events and educational initiatives.

PWOW fosters integration, collaboration and mutual understanding, empowering women to contribute meaningfully to local communities and build bridges across cultures.
