The EmpowHER Project CIC is a trauma-informed, peer-led well-being hub supporting women aged 18+ who have experienced adversity such as abuse, addiction, homelessness, or involvement in the justice system.
Open seven days a week, we provide holistic therapies, mentoring, skills development, and outreach to schools. Our mission is to empower women to heal, grow, and thrive in a safe, structured environment.
