The Olive Tree Gardens & Cafe

We are a non profit organisation for the community.  All our staff are volunteers and enjoy chatting with the customers.  We have joined Dementia Friendly Cardiff and our cafe has items to help people with these issues.  We care about mental health and are always helping where we can.  We are dog friendly so you can come into the cafe with your 4 legged friend.  The cafe is situated at the beginning of the park by the entrance.  Our gardens are a little part of the park called the Secret Gardens in the far right of the park.  We maintain these again with our volunteers.  We grow fruit and vegetables and have beautiful plants.  This is our little oasis where you can sit, relax and just be yourself.  We sell cards, crafts, clothes, etc for the Alzheimer’s charity. School children come with their teachers to explore the park and learn about nature. We are always looking out for more volunteers to help when they can.
